- Missing Products: If your order arrives incomplete, please contact our customer support within 48 hours of the delivery to report the missing item.
- Incorrect Products: If you receive an item that is different from what was ordered, please inform us within 48 hours so we can rectify the error.
How to Initiate a Return

- Return Authorization: Once your return request is reviewed and approved, we will send you a return authorization number along with instructions on how to return the item.
- Shipping the Item Back: Items must be returned in their original packaging and condition, along with the return authorization number. We will provide you with the shipping address and, in the case of damaged or incorrect items, a prepaid shipping label.
Refund Process Upon receipt of the returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund based on the condition of the item and compliance with our return policies. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within a certain amount of days, typically 7-10 business days.
